Ok so I have the Knoppmyth r5d1 installed and i've upgraded the kernel to 2.6.18-rc6 so I could have support for this my FREE kworld mce 200 deluxe (card=48 ). Yes I did say FREE, my father gave it to me since he wasn't using it :)

Anyway I have everything else working lirc, ivtv/PVR150, and recompiled mplayer.

For the life of me I can't get this thing to work. Looking at the card it has the tda8275/90 tuner chip and the cx23416-12 mpeg decoder and the cx23880-19 broadband decoder.
I still can't get scantv or tvtime-scanner to pickup any channels, and I don't recieve any errors that I can tell from dmesg or any or the log files. This card was working in windoze, and I did pull the pvr150 just to make sure it wasn't an issue.

Any help or ideas or links that I might have missed during my googling would be appreciated.

Ok so I did some more research and found out the card is a Kworld MCE 200 PRO which is tossed into a mce 200 deluxe box. As far as I can tell the only difference is the tuner chip and the ID.

I upgraded to the v4l cvs and let the kernel auto detect it and now it works somewhat, it shows as card 45 and tuner 54. I can scan scan all the channels but no sound. Im trying to use the internal audio cable so thats probably wrong since I couldn't find any info on the pinout of the connectors on board.

The picture quality is lacking, any help or tips to fix this would be great.
