Perhaps I am missing something, but is there an easy way to delete videos that are encoded using the myth2ipod? Perhpas something that could delete them automatically once they were downloaded in iTunes?

Manage them through SSH on another machine.
Make a cron script to clean up after X days, weeks, months.
