 Post subject: Original config screen

i have recently started using mythtv after a year of not having an extra computer. Unfortuently since then i have forgotten the command to get to the first config screen so i can tell my tv tuner what channal listings to use. I know its somewhere in this forum but i have tried to search for 30 mins or so with out any luck.

or <alt><s>, ensure your backend is stopped (<alt><2>, <alt><1> to start after you are finished).
