I think adding just one more category named FAQ and keeping it locked would be helpful. Just move the most FAQ subjects in there that have resolutions. I know Cecil has 100000000 other things going on but maybe appointing someone he trusts on this forum to delegate that.

Or maybe placing FAQ's from this board onto the Wiki would be even better.

Just some thoughts.

A large percentage of FAQs are already covered on the wiki. At least the ones that are suited to that type of treatment. That's why you see so many responses that say something like "See the troubleshooting/howto page on the wiki" generally followed by a link. ;-) http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/
