I have put together a system for a Myth Frontend/Backend using a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum motherboard, A64 3500+, Geforce 6200, etc. However I cannot get the onboard analog audio outputs to work. The device is detected, and shows up in the right places, I have messed with the alsamixer, however I cannot get any sound to output. Can anyone provide some pointers, or share your config files if you have gotten it to work?

Almost everyone with that mobo is using the Chaintech 710 instead of the onboard, as the onboard digital output doesn't work.

However, I originally declined to purchase the chaintech, hoping to save a few bucks, and betting that the digital problem was temporary.
The analog autio did work! But I really needed 5.1, so I bought the chaintech anyway.
