Two remining issues:

Mythtv is not pulling down listings from zap2it, ive updated listings a few times.

Incorrect time on box, is there a way of fixing this w/o starting over?

Mythtv volume does nothing on the TV.


My set up.
p3 866 512 ram. pvr 350

set the time on your box with "date" command.
do a man date to see the format of the command.

the "hwclock --systohc" command will set the hardware clock to current system time.

The pvr-350 has its own audio out and if your using it you need to have it
set in the config.

He's running R5C7 which already has that baked in.

Time is cool now, however i still cant get ahold of program lisitngs....i watched it download them but they arent shown.

Did you associate them with an input? Go back into mythtv-setup and make sure you made an "Input Connection" between your tuner and the "Video Source" (listings info).

sweet, got it working. Now the only real issue is that the data it has pulled down is incorrect for my area...i loged backinto zap2it and doubble checked i selected the correct data.
