Hi All,
I have - what I think is an emberasssigly simple question. I have a working MythTV/FC5 system that usees a Haupauge PVR 350. Live TV works. I've scheduled some recordings manually - because I am not using the tuner - only the s-video input. I've found that I scheduled the wrong time - and I'd like to just delete the entry for this scheduled recording that has not happened yet. I ahve a bunch of incorrectly entered future scheduled recordings that I'd like to delete. How can I do this? THrough MythWeb?

Also, I am not afraid of using MySQL SQL commands to accomplish that if that is easier.

Thanks,

Kevin

In MythWeb, under "Recording Schedules", select the schedule in question (by clicking on it's title), click the "Cancel this schedule" radio button, and click the "Update Recording Settings" button.

When I go to "Recording Schedules" and click on the title of the show I want to delete I see only 3 radio buttons:

"Schedule Normally"
"Record this specific showing"
"Do not record this specific showing"

I don't see any "Cancel this schedule" button.

I *do* see the "Update recoding Settings" at the bottom.

If it's an override of an existing recording use the "schedule normally option". If it's one where you manually entered the date and time try the "do not record one".

I see - I had to "Schedule Normally" before I could delete the schedule - a bit non-intuitive - but I think I see what was going on. Likely some kind of join condition on the query that did not pick up the overides - perhaps this is as it was intended - but seems a bit difficult to follow...

This Myth stuff is amazing though - and I think that the PVR-350 quality is really good.
