I am currently experiencing a problem with the forums, when I log on it doesn't take me to the index page so I can see all the unread posts. Instead it leaves me at the log in screen, but according to the list of logged on users I am logged in.

When I client on the index link to try and get to the index it takes me back to the log in page. If I log in again I am then able to get into the forum, but all the posts are read.

Any help?

Use http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2 instead of http://www.mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2. There was a problem a little while back, Cecil had to make some changes (http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13760&highlight=forum+blues)

stl

I was actually using the mysettopbox.tv originally, so I tried the other one with the www and it makes no difference. Thanks for the thought though, just shits me I can't read what's new straight off the bat, I have to go searching.

Hmmm, working here. Are you using the "Forum" link on http://mysettopbox.tv ? You'll notice that points to www.mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2, you don't want that. See http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13800

I was having this problem previously as well, and dropping the www did do the trick for me.

Sorry it would appear that I have double postes as slowtolearn pointed out (oops!)

I have been always following the link on the front page and as you guys pointed out that's where it all goes wrong. I will try and connect directly to the forum page and see how I go.
