I have been playing around with different options in MythTV and I was wondering if there is some way to make MythTV run the initial backend setup again without having to reformat/reinstall the entire OS again.
Is there maybe some config file I can edit to make changes to the system such as what remote I am using and whether of not I am connected to a cable box?

Try
Code:
touch /home/mythtv/.configure
followed by a reboot. Works in R5D1, not sure if it carried over to the newer versions.

I am using R5F1 and just tried it. It seems to have worked.
