Hi,

I've read the Known issues section of R5F1 hints and hazards. This issue doesn't seem to apply since I'm upgrading from R5E50.
When myth first boots and I go to watchtv it has sound but no picture, when I exit and go back to watchtv the picture is there. Another thing once it went to static after watching for awhile(reboot fixed).

Its a pvr-150 card, a7n266-e board, mx4000 video card, and 768mb ram.

Dmesg seems to have correct card:
Code:

Where's the rest of it? You must have done "grep ivtv" because you're missing all the tveeprom data. See the sed command on this page: http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CheckingLogFiles

The new drivers used in R5F1 require new firmware which means you need to shut the machine down cold and leave it off long enough (1-2 minutes is usually plenty) for the card to fully clear.

I've added a note about this to the known IVTV changes.
