Hey,

I'm running RE50 and when I try to watch a particular recorded show, I get about 2 seconds of audio, and then the frontend crashes.

I checked a few of the logs (mythbackend.log) but I'm not even sure where to start looking, or what I should be looking for?

Any ideas as to what this problem could be?

Thanks!

Serious corruption of the data stream... You can try one of the other decoders and if that works you've found a bug in the decoder library.

Ok, so I've been "mucking" around with my setup quite a bit. I'll chalk it up to that.

I have other videos working just fine. I'll try and re-record this show and let you know

Thanks for the tip.

You can also try playing the file with mplayer or xine to see what they think of it.
