Hi guys!
I just finished installing my own Mythtv Backend Server based on the latest available release of KnoppMyth (R5F1).
I started using the grabber to get my schedule/channel/program info, but I noticed an error in these...
My program info comes in OK, even the icons etc, but the placing is totally wrong. Channels are mixed up...

Whatever I tried (after taking backups of the mythconverg database off course) I seem unable to correct this... (mythfilldatabase --manual etc)

Anyone that has had a similar issue and knows how to resolve this???
Please let me know.

Is there a detailed manual for these kind of things? on the xmltv site, I did not find any info, they just seem to provide the framework to grab and convert the data...

Thanks guys!
KnoppMyth and MythTV is just great!!!

Do you mean that in the programme guide, the programmes are associated with the wrong channel or that the channel order is just mixed up?

Programs are associated with the wrong channels, almost all of them.
In the whole programs list, I get 1 channel that displays the correct information about schedules and programs.
Timing is correct though, just channels-programs links don't seem to be OK.

Not trying to be stupid here, but just trying to clarify the problem.
Are the programmes scattered throughout the schedule, or they are they at the correct time and in the correct order but associated with the wrong channel name/number?

Everything is correct: time, order, names, explanation, extra info, ...
except: they're in the wrong channel bar, or the channel bar is wrong.

I have the name, ID, frequency, icon of the channel that looks OK, but the programs are not in the right bar...

Any means of changing a file to match the xmlt-updates or -data to the configured channels?

If you exit the frontend, stop the back end and then go into mythtv-setup then go into the channel editor.
Or if you do not need to change the icons, go into MythWeb and into the channel setup.

Here is where the setup for each channels.
What I would suggest is going into each channel and renaming and renumbering the channels to match the expected channel. This would probably be easier than changing the XMTV ID and Frequency for each of channel entries.
