Hey guys.
I have looked at this site and google for an answer to this problem. But after I upgrade from a pretty old version (had been running free of issues for 2 years) I can't get the system to let me schedule any recording. I would give a log/dump of the error if it ever exposed it to me. Anyhow, after upgrading, then re-installing (thought the problem was in the upgrade so I re-installed from scratch) the r527 version, I can't get the system to schedule any recordings. As state, I can't find any errors. Any one else getting/having this issue?

Check your setup. Can you watch live TV? Do you have program Guide data? Are you input connections set up properly?

I also updated from a fairly early release and everything works, except I can't schedule recordings. The "save" feature deosn't appear to be working. My old records are there. If I watch TV, the ring buffer is saved onto the disk, so the tuners are working fine and the save locations are right. I can't think of a place to start looking

Are you using LVM or a different HD mounted at /myth/tv? I'm looking into something along those lines right now...

If you haven't already gone through the R5F27 Hints that's strongly recommended. They cover most of the common issues people see, especially with upgrades from older versions.
